The first session of the China Anhui Cuisine Industry Development and the second Anhui Catering Expo will be held in Yellow Mountain from Nov 23-25. Approximately 600 hotels, restaurants, colleges and suppliers from 16 cities across the province will attend the expo, attracting nearly 1,000 professionals.
Domestic well-known brand entrepreneurs, masters, teachers and Anhui cuisine gourmets will gather to discuss innovative development, personnel training, and the development of standardization, informatization and industrialization of the Anhui cuisine industry. The session will also award an annual person, meritorious enterprises and a celebrity chief of Anhui cuisine.
