People commemorate Qu Yuan, a patriot poet during the Warring States Period (475-221 BC), during a traditional sacrificial ceremony at Guizhou township in Zigui county, Cental China's Hubei province, June 7, 2013. People in Zigui, the hometown of Qu Yuan, prepare to celebrate the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival, or Duanwu Festival, which falls on the fifth day of the fifth month in the Chinese lunar calendar, or June 12 this year.
