Man,104,says a happy home key to longevity

Updated: 2009-07-01 15:28 A 104-year-old man said he's enjoyed a good life and is still able to play table tennis, do some housework and handle his own affairs thanks to a harmonious family household. Song Yang moved in with his son's family in Harbin, Heilongjiang province, after his wife dead. They treated him well by cooking for him, taking him to resorts for summer stays and around trips in Beijing. His grandson and daughter often take their own children home to see him. The whole family gather every year to celebrate his birthday. He believes that a happy family is the most important thing for longevity. (China News Service) |
