SHANGHAI - China State Construction Engineering Corp said its total sales for the first 10 months reached 450.8 billion yuan ($67.96 billion), up 61 percent from a year earlier.
The firm said on Thursday that total construction area rose 34.2 percent from a year ago to 345.5 million square metres, of which total land sold under the real estate sector gained 1.7 percent to 4.98 million square metres.
Sales of completed properties from January to October reached 5.16 billion yuan, up 25.9 percent from a year ago, it said.
