The 2016 International Food Ingredients Exhibition is being held at Peace International Conference and Exhibition Center in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, from Sept 20-22.

The exhibition takes up 10,000 square meters, and this year, there are more than 200 enterprises from both home and abroad taking part in the exhibition to showcase their products, including various food ingredients, spices and sauces.

Visitors are mostly professionals in food industry, such as chefs and restaurant managers.

There will also be forums that have invited industry leaders, academic professionals, and famous chefs to discuss key issues related with kitchen management, such as ingredient sourcing, human resources management, and application of internet tools.

The exhibition has been held annually since 2011.
