Shaanxi province
The famous Xi'an Incident(1936) happened in Xi'an, the provincial capital of Shaanxi. Visitors can have a look at the memorial museum. The province has many kinds of noodles, and is famous for its Chinese hamburger. Here, you can have a taste at another wheaten snack.
Guokui (or dry bread)Guokui is a traditional snack among urban and rural areas in Shaanxi province. It has a round shape, while its diameter is shorter than 1 meter, with a one inch thickness and two to three kilogram weight. It tastes crisy outside and soft inside.
