Large Medium SmallTo mark the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Pioneers' Charisma, a documentary on model Party members was shown on CCTV-7.
Comprising six episodes, each 45 minutes long, the documentary took a year to complete. It is a joint effort of the Political Department of the Navy and provincial governments of the former revolutionary bases areas, including Jiangxi and Sichuan province.
Combining firsthand details of, and exclusive interviews with, a range of outstanding Party members, the program details their efforts to overcome their challenging circumstances.
