The unique petrol driven mower raced into the record books in Wales Sunday, the Daily Telegraph reported. Rider Don Wales smashed the previous 80.792mph lawnmower land speed record with an impressive 86.069mph. The machine began by giving a demonstration of its grass cutting ability to prove it qualified as a lawnmower.

 

 

 

 

 

據(jù)英國《每日電訊報(bào)》報(bào)道，英國威爾士23日上演了一場汽油除草機(jī)賽車大賽。選手唐·威爾士駕駛一輛除草機(jī)以每小時(shí)86.069英里的速度創(chuàng)造新奇跡，打破了此前每小時(shí)80.792英里的紀(jì)錄。據(jù)悉，所有除草機(jī)在賽前都要"驗(yàn)明身份"，裁判要檢查參賽車輛是否真的能除草。
