Carina Lau hints at marriage

promotion in Shanghai, Hong Kong actress Carina Lau appeared with a big diamond
ring and admitted that it was given by her long-time lover, Tony Leung Chiu-wai.
 "It is the wedding ring," Lau told reporters, without elaborating
whether they are married or not.
Lau has been involved with Leung since the 1980s and there have been earlier
rumors of marriage. In July, the couple was seen spending holidays together in
Thailand. As girlfriend and boyfriend for 15 years, the two were said to have
been secretly married years ago, and this trip to Thailand was supposedly an
overdue honeymoon.
