| Workers and security guards try to quell a fire outside
the outpatient department of the Beijing Children's Hospital on July 2,
2003. The fire broke out from the underground parking lot that is being
under construction and then quickly spread above the ground before being
finally put out. No casualties were reported and the cause of the accident
