Aviation Oil plans IPO in Singapore

China Aviation Oil is set to launch an initial public offering (IPO) on the Singapore Exchange by October and plans to use the proceeds to expand its presence in the global oil industry, Managing Director Chen Jiulin said yesterday. He said the company intends to offer 25 per cent of its shares through the IPO, through which it hopes to raise US$20 million.
