The NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers and Orlando Magic are ready to tip off for their pre-season game in Shanghai. The game hasn't started yet. It'll take place Wednesday, but already NBA All-Stars Lebron James and Dwight Howard have been soaking up all the attention.
