China's top nickel producer Jinchuan Group Ltd plans to launch an IPO in the first half of next year, the China Securities Journal said on Monday.

The company has already completed its share restructuring, and plans to submit the application in October, the paper reported, without indentifying sources.

As the dominant nickel and cobalt producer, Jinchuan aims to produce 130,000 tonnes of nickel and 10,000 tonnes of cobalt this year.
