UN should share Chinese rescue experience in Haiti

It is with deeply sorrowful hearts that we face the reality.
The chances are diminishing for survivors nearly a week after Haiti's catastrophic earthquake.
If the death toll reaches 200,000, as some predict, the disaster will have claimed one of the largest numbers of lives lost in a single event.
