Xi, Li urge improving rural conditions

Top leaders have urged improving the working and living conditions in the rural areas, citing the exemplary practice in Zhejiang in the past decade. Hailing the achievements in improving rural environment in Zhejiang, President Xi Jinping has called for spreading the province's experience nationwide. Premier Li Keqiang has also urged local authorities to show respect for farmers, pay attention to rural features and carry on traditional culture in the process of improving rural habitation.
