Help the second poor generation

"Wealth cannot be inherited through more than three generations", is a Chinese version of the English proverb that "from clogs to clogs is only three generations". To avoid suffering the truth of the adage, the authorities of Jiangsu province have sponsored a training program for the "second affluent generation", i.e. children of the rich.

The program aims at training reliable successors for rich entrepreneurs. Nice try, though, I'm afraid it won't work.
