Clinton: Financial crisis originated in US

DAVOS, Switzerland: Former US president Bill Clinton conceded on Friday that the global economic crisis started in the US and the country needed to assume global responsibility for it. Clinton said the US could in "a year, 15 months if we're lucky," emerge from the crisis. He added that recovery depended on "good support from Congress".
