Japan's formidable four in women's wrestling, who won two golds, one silver and one bronze at the Beijing Games as they did four years ago, may have fought their last Olympics together.

Sisters Chihara and Kaori Icho say they are considering retiring from the mat that has brought them four Olympic medals, two gold and two silver, on top of eight world titles.

"I cannot imagine myself training with wrestling shoes on again," 26-year-old Chiharu told Japanese media on Monday, two days after grabbing her second straight Olympic silver in the 48kg.
