Name of the Chinese partner: Luzhou Longmatan District Government (Preparation Office)
Project description: The project is to develop and construct Longmatan new city in Luzhou of Sichuan Province. Longmatan new city is planned to cover an area of 1.52 square kilometers. The construction contains the city road system and other infrastructure projects, standard houses, commercial plaza, and several markets.
Total investment: US$241 million, of which US$200 million will come from foreign sources.
