Two civil servant jobs with annual pay totalling 300,000 to 400,000 yuan ($45,200 to 60,200) were posted online by the Shanxi provincial human resources and social security department on Wednesday, people.cn reported.

It's the first time that the province is recruiting civil servants on contract. The payroll is much higher than the average level of civil servants.

The two positions are senior supervisors for Shanxi province's big data industry office. Anyone aged between 18 and 45, with a master's degree or above in math, statistics, computer and electronic information engineering, can apply for the jobs.

If hired, they will sign a three-year contract with a probation period of six months.
