| Wang Jianchang, a deputy of the National People's Congress (NPC) and director of Air Force General Hospital, puts old newspapers into a box called "House of Love" on the sidelines of the 2nd session of the 12th National People's Congress's (NPC), on March 10, 2014. Launched by China Charity Foundation, the program of "A piece of paper for a bunch of love" aims to encourage people to help kids with congenital heart disease from poor family by donating waster paper.
