China's top priority is to develop good relationships with neighboring countries and to develop a win-win situation, said Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Saturday.

The general situation is stable with China adhering to consultation over territorial disputes on the basis of equality and peaceful talks with respect to history and international law.

China will not bully small countries and will not accept unreasonable demands, said Wang.

We will not take anything that is not ours and will defend every inch of territory that belongs to us, Foreign Minister Wang said.

China's development will benefit neighboring countries and China is also willing to listen to the concerns of them.
