China is becoming the largest market for serviced offices in Asian markets, according to a report from serviced offices provider The Executive Centre (TEC) on Thursday.

The report said that a total of 136 premium office centers have been built throughout China, with an annual growth rate of 25 percent, ranking first among emerging economies in Asia, with the recovery of the world economy and China's rapid economic growth ensuring that demand remains robust.

A flourishing market has driven up demand for office buildings in central business districts, particularly in first-tier cities in China. A short supply of good quality offices at reasonable prices has led to the development of serviced offices. These offices offer flexible leases and customized choices. As they are already furnished and equipped, companies can move in immediately.

The serviced office provider not only serves US and European companies but also cooperates with companies from the Middle East and Latin America. In addition, half of the clients of serviced offices come from Chinese companies.
