China, US relationship not a zero-sum game

The US and China, whose economies are complementary in nature, are partners for mutual benefits rather than zero-sum competitors, said Wang Qishan, vice premiere of the State Council of China today during the opening ceremony of the second China-US Strategic Economic Dialogue.
Wang expressed sincere wishes that through dialogue both side would reduce their disputes and promote a healthy and stable bilateral relationship.
Chinese president Hu Jintao will also attend the opening ceremony of the second China-US Strategic Economic Dialogue and make a speech.
