Hong Kong's job market most volatile in survey(China Daily)Updated: 2007-01-23 08:50 A survey indicated that Hong Kong employees had the highest job-hopping rate in Asia last year. The survey found that 40 percent of companies lost more than 10 percent of their staffs last year. The most volatile industries are media, public relations and advertising. More than 54 percent of the companies polled said that they will hire new staff this year, and 50 per cent said they would increase salaries by 10 percent. (Ta Kung Po) |
