Noodle makers get international flavour

About 2,700 cooks who are good at making hand-pulled noodles, the most famous
food in Lanzhou of Gansu Province, are working in some 30 foreign countries.
They work for Chinese restaurants in South Korea, Japan, Mexico, Brazil,
Saudi Arabia and Britain, making the Lanzhou noodles more popular abroad than
ever before.
