Widow, daughter to pay dead man's debts

A court in Yulin, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, has ruled the widow
and the daughter of a local businessman will have to repay his debts before they
can inherit his property.
Wei died suddenly in May after he borrowed more than 100,000 yuan (US$12,500)
from his business partners to fund the company's expansion.
Wei's creditors went to court and asked Wei's widow and daughter to repay
Wei's debts after they failed to reach an agreement.
The court ruled in favour of the plaintiffs.
