China benchmark steam coal price keeps rising

BEIJING -- China's benchmark steam coal prices hit 843 yuan ($130.29) per ton last week, up 2 yuan per metric ton week-on-week.
The benchmark price has continued to rise for 14 straight weeks, according to the Bohai-Rim Steam-Coal Price Index.
The Bohai-Rim Steam-Coal Price Index covers spot prices at six major coal shipping ports in northern China.
