Bain Capital LLC may seek to enlarge the board of Gome Electrical Appliances Holdings Ltd, Bloomberg reported on Monday, citing China Securities Journal.

Jonathan Zhu Jia, who represents Bain on Gome's board, confirmed that Gome's Chairman Chen Xiao, Bain and Gome founder Huang Guangyu's family started negotiation this month, according to the Chinese report.
