Rice transplanting is finished in slices of waterfield in Minle villiage, Wuchang City, Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, on May 19. Heilongjiang, China's grain silo, had finished rice transplanting of 25.39 million mu, 70 percent of its target for this year.
