BOC, Dazhong issue co-branded JCB credit card

The Bank of China (BOC), Dazhong Electronics and JCB recently launched a BOC-Dazhong co-branded credit card. It is the first time for JCB, the Japanese credit card authorizer, to issue a credit card in cooperation with a Chinese lender since its entrance to China.

The BOC-Dazhong card has two versions: gold and silver. The card provides personalized services and vip treatments to the holder.

It combines the functions of the existing Dazhong VIP card and those of a regular credit card. The card was launched in Beijing first and in three months, will be brought to other cities where Dazhong has chain store outlets.
