Real Estate: Huge land buy(Shanghai Daily)Updated: 2006-12-30 17:12 A venture between an affiliate of GIC Real Estate Pte and Yanlord Land Group Ltd bought a parcel of land in Nanjing, East China's Jiangsu Province, for 2.4 billion yuan (US$307.5 million), the companies said in a joint statement yesterday.
