Nike's 2026 After Dark Tour to kick off in Shanghai
Nike's 2026 After Dark Tour women's global night run, a 10 kilometer race, is set to launch in Shanghai on April 25, marking the first leg of a series spanning seven global cities.
The series will visit Shanghai, Sydney, Mexico City, London, Los Angeles, Manila, and Mumbai, hosting either a 10km run or a half-marathon at each stop. Nike aims to unite female runners worldwide, fostering community, self-expression, and the joy of running.
Launched in 2025, the series attracted nearly 50,000 female participants, with one-third being first-time racers.
The 2026 Shanghai event will offer an immersive experience with pre-race warm-ups, energy stations, and post-race celebrations. For the first time, a "Sister Partner" registration option will allow participants to team up and share the journey.
Registration will open on Friday, with updates available via Nike's WeChat mini program.
