80th anniversary of Party's first aviation school celebrated

Hundreds gathered on Sunday to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Northeast Democratic Alliance Aviation School at the Changchun Aviation Culture Exhibition Center in Jilin province.
The school was established in Tonghua, Jilin, on March 1, 1946, becoming the first aviation school created by the Communist Party of China, and is considered the cradle of China's aviation industry.
