Shandong's tallest skyscraper tops out in Jinan
The Shandong International Finance Center (IFC) in Jinan's Central Business District (CBD) now has a completed glass facade, marking the finalization of the building's exterior. Since its 2016 groundbreaking, the project has entered its next phase, focusing on the installation of internal systems and decoration.
At 428 meters with 88 floors, the IFC will be the tallest building in Shandong province. Covering 1.67 million square meters, its design draws inspiration from the natural shape of Jinan's mountains, integrating the city's landscape into modern architecture.
The building's glass facade is not only visually striking but also functional. It provides excellent sound insulation, regulates indoor temperature and humidity, and enhances natural light, creating a more comfortable environment for occupants.
The IFC is designed to house a variety of business forms, including residential areas, office spaces, and hotels, aiming to become a landmark for business, leisure, and living in Jinan.
