China responds to US tariffs with certainty

"US tariffs actually didn't achieve the expected results Washington wanted, so you can see all kinds of adjustments coming out," said Zhao Zhongxiu, president of the University of International Business and Economics. He added that while US policy is becoming increasingly unpredictable, China is offsetting external uncertainty with its own certainty.
