Chinese, Russian militaries stage joint Pacific patrol

The Chinese and Russian militaries carried out their 10th joint aerial strategic patrol over the East China Sea and the western Pacific on Tuesday, the Chinese Defense Ministry announced on Tuesday evening.
The ministry made the announcement in a brief statement, noting that the action was conducted in accordance with the annual cooperation plan of the two countries.
The statement provided no more details on the operation.
