Xiaomi revolutionizes production with 76-sec car roll out

Every 76 seconds, a new Xiaomi auto rolls off the production line at a factory in Beijing Etown, powered by over 700 robots.
They team up to operate around the clock to enable the full automation of key processes such as large-scale die casting.
Xiaomi, an independent new energy vehicle producer, has invested over 100 billion yuan ($13.93 billion) in R&D over the past five years. In the next five years, the company plans to invest another 200 billion yuan to pursue new heights in global next-generation hard tech.
The factory spans over 720,000 square meters and is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies.
