BEIJING -- At the invitation of President of the Republic of Ecuador Daniel Noboa, President Xi Jinping's special envoy, Minister of Education Huai Jinpeng, will attend President Noboa's inauguration in Quito, capital of Ecuador, on May 24, a foreign ministry spokesperson announced on Wednesday.
