Volvo China Open qualifying registration to open soon
The 2025 Volvo China Open is inviting the world's top golfers to compete in its upcoming qualifying tournament.
With the tournament set to tee off at Shanghai's Enhance Anting Golf Club, March 18-19, the 36-hole qualifying competition provides 12 places for male pros and amateurs alike to play in the 30th national championship. On offer are nine spots for mainland Chinese players, in addition to three spots for Chinese players not from the mainland.
The $2.5 million Volvo China Open, April 17-20 , is organized by the China Golf Association and co-sanctioned by the China Tour and the DP World Tour. The qualifying tournament is open to professionals and amateurs with a handicap index of 3.0 or less.
Registration and information for the Volvo China Open qualifying tournament can be found on the official website, www.volvoingolf.com. Applications will be accepted on Feb 19 from 9 am (Beijing time) to Feb 22 at 5 pm. The tournament organizing committee will announce the list of players who have qualified for the tournament on Feb 25.
