Robert Mitrofan is the chief representative of Business Romania, the first-ever Romanian NGO registered in China. The NGO focuses on commerce and trade relations between the two countries. Mitrofan has witnessed significant changes in the business field in China since he came to live in Shanghai in 2010. These changes "made possible for China to have a first-class business environment and obvious improvements in living conditions."
