The theme of the Fifth Luminous Festival, "To see the other", reflects the fundamental ethos of the cultural exchange center's initiatives since 2019. Ge Huichao, the founder of Body On&On and the festival, explained that this concept underscores the importance of recognizing and embracing the perspectives of others.
Through a rich tapestry of dance performances, theatrical displays, live shows, workshops, lectures, international engagements, and educational endeavors, the center champions diversity in art creation, promotes aesthetic values, and encourages contemplation on the societal responsibilities of artists.
