Christelle Chene, from France, is the global brand ambassador and director of international affairs at Xige Estate in Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region.

As a China hand who also loves wine, Chene decided to settle down in Ningxia in 2019 to play a part in the development of the Chinese wine industry, because the terroir in the eastern foothill of the Helan Mountain is excellent".

With the rapid growth and overseas exported of the wine industry in China nowadays, Chene expects that global wine lovers are able to feel China's cultural confidence in the wine.

"I will make unremitting efforts to spread the culture of Ningxia and Chinese wine to the world," she said.
