A Xizang-themed musical shines on the stage of Hong Kong Cultural Centre. It is rooted in the abundant singing and dancing heritage of Tibetan culture and adapted from a true story of a family of two generations defending the motherland on the border for 34 years.

In a new episode of "Our Roots", China Daily accompanied the crew behind the scenes and caught the big moments of their first show outside Xizang.
