In a collaborative effort to address climate change and foster cooperation, China's special envoy for climate change Xie Zhenhua, is scheduled to engage in talks with the United States' special presidential envoy for climate John Kerry in California from Nov 4 to 7.

The dialogue aims to facilitate extensive discussions on advancing climate action and collaboration, supporting the success of the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Dubai, and other critical climate-related matters, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment on Thursday.
