Yonyou Network Technology Co Ltd, China's leading software and cloud service provider, on Thursday unveiled the first large language model in the country's enterprise service industry.

Large language models, or LLMs, are the key technologies behind ChatGPT, an AI chatbot that has taken the world by storm. LLMs refer to computer algorithms fed with huge amounts of textual data for use in a variety of tasks, ranging from natural language processing to machine translation.

Named as YonGPT, the model combines the latest AI technology with the company's 35 years of experience in enterprise services, its scenario-rich enterprise application software products, and large-scale customer base, Yonyou said.

Wang Wenjing, chairman and CEO of Yonyou, said Yonyou chooses to enter the competition in LLMs by exploring its application in enterprise services where the company has long focused on and has advantages.
