Esteemed guest chefs from Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul are gracing Beijing, with authentic delicacies of Turkiye over nine days from Friday to Sunday. Indulge in a culinary journey at the renowned Michelin-listed restaurant, Grill 79.

This is also the second stop of the Global Gourmet series of China World Summit Wing, Beijing, with the visit of Michelin star chefs from Spain in June, Turkiye in July and the guest chef from the Philippines planned for September.

A meticulously crafted menu is designed to bring the authentic flavors of Turkiye. From Monday to Saturday at Grill 79, the menu includes Turkish starters, made with various Mediterranean products; traditional red lentil soup with lemon and croutons and stewed sea bass with vegetable and tomato broth.

The beef skewer with eggplant Begendi and yogurt is a must-try. The beef is marinated in milk for two days before being grilled over charcoal, and served with eggplant puree along with strained yogurt, giving it a special taste.

On Sunday, Grill 79's Brunch Buffet is an extravagant affair, featuring a wide selection of Turkish delights.
