A food and culture festival showcasing Chinese cuisine and traditional culture was held in New York City recently. The event, Dragon Fest, featured more than 100 booths on the site and offered a variety of traditional Chinese dishes, including pan-fried buns, stinky tofu, tanghulu, bowl rice pudding, sugar painting. The menu enticed nearly 30,000 New Yorkers to take a taste.
