Pick Fung Ho-Chong, ambassador of the Republic of Suriname to China, has hailed the commitment and moves of Beijing for bolstering opening-up. She noted that stagnation in growth has taken place internationally.

"Opening-up means getting more investments, getting more developments into China," she told China Daily on the sidelines of an event in Beijing on Thursday.

Speaking on China's future role in pushing forward global growth, she said "we are looking forward to joining hands together" with the development that "China will bring us forward".
