From the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China last year to the two sessions political gatherings recently, the topic of Chinese modernization has attracted worldwide attention. The tenth episode of season two of Youth Power, titled “With Gen Z aboard, modernization is unstoppable” will be broadcast on March 30 at 8 pm Beijing time (8 am EST).

For this episode we invited young people from China, Cameroon, France, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Nigeria and Russia to gather at Tianjin Port, an international cargo hub, to discuss Chinese modernization.

What does Chinese path to modernization involve? What roles can young people play in it? Gen Zers worldwide will tell of how they see Chinese modernization and the inspiration they draw from it.

China is embarking on a long journey, and with the vigor of youth more and more Gen Zers will contribute not only to modernizing the country but to modernizing the world.
